① Optimized deep cavity crushing, large inclination angle, large stroke and reasonable speed of elbow plate, so that the feed particle size is larger, the output is higher and the particle size is more uniform;

② Digital analysis of the operation of various components, forging blank processing, heavy eccentric shaft, high manganese steel jaw plate and high cast steel movable jaw assembly, the crushing ratio is about 15, the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the processing capacity of the same specification is 20-35% higher than that of the ordinary jaw crusher.

The body structure is simple, stable and reliable

① Using the traditional compound pendulum basic design principle, the structure is simplified, easier to operate and maintain;

② With the special centralized lubrication system, the parts can be replaced easily, the lubrication is faster, and the maintenance workload is small.

Longer service life and lower production cost

① The core parts are made of more recognized excellent high manganese steel castings, with longer service life, less shutdown maintenance times and lower production cost;

② The hyperboloid jaw design is adopted, with less wear. Under the same process conditions, the service life of the jaw can be extended by more than 3-4 times.

③ Perfect machining, heat treatment and flaw detection make the eccentric shaft have sufficient strength and stiffness and prolong its service life.
