Description

The mud separator is mainly used for the raw materials excavated from the sand and gravel yard. Due to the large mud content, it will cause problems such as crusher blockage, low production capacity, poor sand and gravel quality, etc. It is applicable to the separation conditions of all kinds of domestic waste, all kinds of commercial / industrial waste, coal, decoration / construction waste and sticky and wet materials. It can be classified according to different specific gravity, size and shape, so as to reduce the load of subsequent sorting equipment.

Working Principle

The motor drives the shaft body to roll. After the rocks enter the equipment, the materials larger than the disc gap are transported from above the disc to the next process. The materials smaller than the disc gap fall into the lower belt conveyor from the gap and are collected and transported by the belt conveyor.
