Description

Machine construction

It consists of nine parts: feed hopper, distributor, vortex crushing chamber, impeller, main shaft assembly, base, transmission device and support, lubrication system, etc

Working Principle

It is applicable to the crushing and shaping of all types of materials: from soft rock to hard rock, whether it is low wear material or high wear material, the sand making machine developed by our company has two kinds of "stone beating stone" and "stone beating iron".

"Stone to stone" is used for processing materials with strong abrasiveness; "Stone beating iron" is used for processing materials with weak abrasiveness.

Its working principle is that the material enters the sand making machine from the feed hopper, enters the rotating impeller from the middle of the distributor, is rapidly accelerated in the impeller, and its acceleration can reach hundreds of times the gravitational acceleration, and then the rotor is evenly distributed from the second brother of the impeller to the inside at a linear speed of 70-80m / s. The thrown materials collide with the annular lining plate, and then the materials are quickly rebounded. The rebounded materials collide with other materials again. Such a piece of material is crushed by two or more impacts, friction and grinding in the crushing chamber. The crushed materials are discharged from the lower discharge port. In the whole crushing process, the materials impact and crush each other westward, without direct contact with metal components, but crush due to impact friction with annular lining plate, so as to prolong the service life of the equipment.

1. Stronger production capacity

① The feed size is doubled. The feeding particle size is large, and the larger feeding size can reach 100mm (the larger feeding size of conventional sand making machine is about 40mm), which exceeds the feeding particle size limit of conventional Bamako series vertical shaft impact crusher.

② Double cavity discharge design. The discharge diameter is large, and the available angle of the discharge port is allowed to reach 89 °, which reduces the processing flow of materials in the cavity and realizes non blocking production

③The double cavity structure makes the crushing ratio reach a large value, and the one-time sand forming rate reaches about 45%, while the sand forming rate of conventional VSI sand making machine is 20% ~ 30%, and the sand forming rate is more than doubled.

④The double cavity design has several functions, such as sand making, shaping, sand and stone mixing, which can meet the different needs of customers

2. More obvious energy saving and consumption reduction

①  The motor is of high protection grade, with low noise and high efficiency, providing stable and continuous power for the whole machine. Using single motor drive, under the same output, it can save more than twice the electric energy than the conventional sand making machine.

②  Compared with the multi cavity design, the double cavity rotor delivers less air and reduces energy consumption. The energy saved can be used to improve production capacity. At the same time, the power of the dust removal device is also reduced.

3. Shorter maintenance time

All stressed parts of the equipment are protected by practical parts that are easy to replace, and the materials of these parts are optimized for their use purpose, without practical surfacing or preparing another rotor.

① The rotor assembly is modular, simple structure and convenient maintenance. The modular design of the rotor only needs to replace the severely worn parts without all replacement, so as to save the maintenance cost.

② The electro-hydraulic cover lifting device is easier to repair and maintain quickly and shorten the repair time. The repair can be completed in about 2-3 hours, while the maintenance time of conventional VSI sand making machine is long, more than half a day.
