Description

Working Principle

The fine crusher is a continuous operation equipment. During operation, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at high speed, and the materials enter the first crushing chamber for crushing, collide with the plate hammer on the rotor for crushing, then enter the second fine crushing chamber for crushing, and finally discharge at the discharge port.

Main Purpose

The fine crusher is suitable for crushing various brittle materials, such as coal, coal gangue, coke, slag, fine sandstone, shale, loose limestone, etc. The compressive strength of the material shall not exceed 100MPa, and the surface moisture shall not exceed 15%. It has the characteristics of energy saving, ensuring discharge particle size, high production efficiency, low noise and less dust.
